Perform authorized security assessments of networks, applications, systems, and infrastructure.
The Penetration Tester identifies, validates, and documents security vulnerabilities in authorized testing environments.
The role converts technical findings into clear evidence and remediation recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct authorized penetration tests and vulnerability assessments.
- Identify and validate vulnerabilities and potential attack paths.
- Assess web applications, APIs, networks, cloud environments, and endpoints.
- Prepare reports with findings, risk ratings, evidence, and remediation recommendations.
- Follow the rules of engagement and all scope limitations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in penetration testing, offensive security, or vulnerability assessment.
- Strong knowledge of networks, operating systems, web technologies, and common security vulnerabilities.
- Experience with penetration-testing methods and assessment tools.
- Ability to produce clear technical assessment reports.
